CTR's and RESTRICTED AREAS - Can you fly in them? Class D airspace and red zones

Helloooo drone pilots.

I have had a lot of questions about flying in 'Red zones' on the NATS Drone assist app. These are comprised of CTRs (controlled traffic regions) and restricted areas. So I have got in touch with Colin from iRed who is a drone instructor and we have gone of the rules in great detail.
You will see how the rules aplly to both hobbyist and commercial pilots.
