💡 Imagine if you could learn things 10x faster than you can now. What would that mean for you? What would that allow you to do?

When learning to code, it's critical to use the best study methods to learn as fast as possible so that you can learn more and/or just have more free time, and a better work-life balance.

I don't know if the tips in this video will help you learn 10x faster, or just 2x faster, but I guarantee that if you apply my 5 best productivity tips for students & programmers, you will be able to be more productive and learn things faster.

First, I use the 5-minute rule to stop procrastination. Learning how to not procrastinate is crucial to allow you to get things done more effectively.

Second, I use time-blocking and other productivity hacks to help me reach the flow state. The flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. This is critical to be more productive.

Third, I use a to-do app as my personal knowledge management system. This way, all my tasks are stored in the app and I don't need to use my brain to remember them.

Fourth, I set Artificial Deadlines. Does this sound familiar: You have an essay due in a month. You make minimal progress until a day before the deadline, then cram the entire thing on the last day with the power of coffee and energy drinks.You can impose artificial deadlines on yourself, meaning that you act as if your project/essay is due, for example, a week earlier than it actually is. This way, you are creating urgency for yourself and your mind will be more likely to find a way to get things done early and leave you with a bunch of extra time, free from the burden of having that project still be unfinished.

Lastly, try to enjoy the process. Because if you don't, where's the point anyway :).
