NINJA GAIDEN Σ: Defeating First Encounter of Doku

Let me preface that this video is long. I congratulate you, if you watch it all. This boss fight is optional and I found it very difficult. There is very little room for error. Only take this on if you really want a challenge. I played this on hard mode. Just watch to see my tactics, but I will give you some pointers. Evasion is key, so you need to master the "Reverse Wind" technique, so you can avoid Doku's one hit kill. Your best opening to get hits in is when Doku charges forward. Reverse wind out of his path then roll in to strike. You can get up 3 hits, but immediately roll out of the way after your attack ends. You must keep your distance at all times until you go in for the attack. I think it's obvious that the camera is also your enemy, so keep that in mind. I circled him to keep a good distance, but do what you have to stay out of his attack range. You can get good hits with UTs, but those can be risky. Last of all, take your time and don't get greedy with your attacks.
