Ingredients:

For the firni
milk 3 cup
cashew nuts 18-20 pieces
saffron 1 pinch
powdered milk 1/2 cup
cardamom 3 pieces
cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
clarified butter 1 tbsp
kewra water 1/2 tsp

for ice cream
whipping cream 300ml
condensed milk 2/3 cup

for decoration
chopped pistachios
chopped almonds
raisins
