Stockholm 1909: Åktur med Ringlinjen (1909) - Remastered 4K 60fps

The time-traveling tram takes us on a trip on the old ring line "Ringlinjen" and shows us an unique view of everyday life on the busy streets of Stockholm 1909. We start at Slussplan, past Riddarholmskanalen, via Munkbron to Vasabron, then Vasagatan, Stora Badstugatan, Tegnérgatan, Birger Jarlsgatan, through Norrmalmstorg, Kungsträdgårdsgatan, Strömgatan, past Gustav Adolfs torg, over Norrbro to Skeppsbron and finally back at Slussplan.

The wierd colors on the swedish flag are due to the ortochromatic film used at the time, which present blue as a bright shade and yellow as a dark shade.

The footage has been remastered to 4K 60 frames per second using various AI and software. Sound has been carefully added manually for ambiance and finally the images has been colorized using AI to present this time travel experience.

This is an artistic interpretation of the original footage and is by no means intended to replace the original film and its historical value.

The color and sound is NOT historically accurate and it is added for ambiance.
