An Opportunity for Transformation: A Conversation with Fred Miller and Judith Katz

Описание к видео An Opportunity for Transformation: A Conversation with Fred Miller and Judith Katz

This is the eighth video produced in the ‘Just in Case…’ mini-series sponsored by Quality and Equality. In this video, Judith Katz and Fred Miller, both ODN lifetime achievement award recipients who pioneered transformative and groundbreaking work within OD around diversity, equity, and inclusion, speak to us about the opportunity for transformation we find ourselves in, how to not waste a crisis, and what our role is during this new normal. The three questions we asked are:

1. What opportunity do we have because of this new normal?
2. What does inclusion mean?
3. What are our roles as OD Practitioners in this new reality?

The previous video by Judith and Fred describes this new normal in detail. We hope you will learn something from these great thinkers. Remember, having a small group of colleagues to discuss what stands out for you after watching the video will be a good way to learn and grow.
