I made 【GYU-DON】 (beef rice bowl)today.
The Yoshinoya is famous overseas, and I love it too.
This is a recipe for making beef bowl in 15 minutes at home. Seasonings are just soy sauce and sugar. It's easy and super tasty. Please try it(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Sliced beef 150g/5oz
White onion 40g/1,5oz
Grated Ginger1 pinch
Sugar 2tbsp
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Water 4tbsp

スライス牛肉150g
玉ねぎ40ｇ
砂糖大さじ２
醤油大さじ２
水 大さじ４
すりおろし生姜　ひとつまみ
