GraphPad Prism Tutorials E4 - Bradford & BCA - Interpolating Unknowns from a Linear Standard Curve

In this episode, we look at protein quantification from a linear standard curve. This type of analysis if often used for colorimetric assays like the Bradford and BCA assays. We'll go over two situations using two different methods yielding similar results. Blank subtraction and data manipulation will also be covered in this video.
