This is a compilation of all real time charcoal drawing videos I've filmed to help you relax or fall sleep. Lots of scratchy charcoal drawing sounds and tissue paper blending sounds. I've recorded these with two different mics (Blue Yeti for newer ones and camera mic for older ones), so the audio quality / amount of white noise varies.

What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. ASMR is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos.

If you have problems falling asleep, watching ASMR videos might help you fall asleep. Or if you feel stressed, they could help you relax. For some people ASMR is triggered by ambient sounds and watching people work quietly.
