GROUNDED is a symbiosis of senses of hearing, seeing and feeling that is supporting the audience to actively immerse themselves into the music. Sonoris Orchestra is presenting a new vision of contemporary music performance by distributing all of the musicians among the audience. The idea behind the piece is to enhance the conciseness through sound and physical contact with nature and, thereby restoring our connection with it. By distributing the musicians over the entire hall, we create a unique musical experience that is different for each listener according to their position. The aim is to enable the listeners to abandon their ego and in order to perceive themselves in the bigger context of the environment and the music.
