Bone Broth:
2 pounds beef marrow bones
Roast in oven at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes
Place bones into Instant Pot, add 3 quarts of water, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Manual pressure on high for 4 hours, slow release. When time is up discard bones, strain broth, refrigerate overnight to separate fat from broth. Enjoy!

Mayo:
1 egg, 1 cup avocado oil, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar, blend with immersion blender starting at the bottom and working your way up! Store in airtight container in fridge.

Chocolate Milk:
Fill 1/2 gallon mason jar with milk, add 2 egg yolks, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup maple syrup. Blend or shake & enjoy!
