Its been five years since the events that took place in 2075 on Mars. A squad of soldiers arrives at the facility on earth and is immediately attacked by the local forces. Only of the soldiers manage to survive the landing and is ordered to take down the defensive towers.

His name is Alias and he manages to take down for towers and that makes passage for his superior Shrike to arrive and blast the sealed doors.

As Alias makes his way inside the facility he fights more enemy troops until he get into the vents and serches the base to find “The Nano Cell”. He manages to pick it up after destroying the coolants that are powering the containment field but when he picks them up the facility core becomes unstable. Alias manages to escape before the base blows up.

Two years later Nano Technology spread all over the earth when it was brought from Mars. Alias was one of the volunteers in the program of supersoldiers along with other loyal servants of the commonwealth runned by Chancellor Sopot. Those mutated soldiers where stronger and smarter then any other army. Turns out that Sopot was afraid of the army he created in the supersoldier program and decided to destroy it. 2000 soldiers were hunted down end killed by Sopot elite guards in the process. To makes things even worse Chancellor decided to replace them with mindless abominations.

The remaining six of the supersoldiers become renegades allied with the Red Faction rebellion. Shrike is an expert on vehicles. Repta, heavy weapons specialist, Quill elite sniper, Tangier, convert specialist and saboteur, Molov, team leader and tactician and Alias who specialises in explosives. We see them approaching a base at night planning to assassinate Sopot. Dictator is broadcasting from the studio upstairs but his men are prepared for the attack so a battle breaks out. So much for a quick and quiet job. Molov covers Alias who get to the elevator and rides to the second floor. There with the help of Tangier he progresses further through the corridor and fights his way through the guards and Sopots Elite Guards trying to reach the Chancellor. Quill provides a sniper support that helps Alias to reach the Studio...
