ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು
Required Ingredients for Satyanarayana Swamy prasadam

ಚಿರೋಟಿ ರವೆ 1 ಕಪ್ - Chiroti rava 1 cup
ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಕಪ್ - Sugar 1 -1/2 cup
ನೀರು / ಹಾಲು 3 ಕಪ್ - Water or milk 3 cup
ತುಪ್ಪ 150 ml - Ghee 150 ml
ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಕಾಯಿ 2 - Elaichi 2
ಒಣದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ 15 ರಿಂದ 20 - Dry grapes 15 to 20
ಗೋಡಂಬಿ 15 ರಿಂದ 20 - Cashew nut 15 to 20



steps for preparation-
step 1 -
boil 3 cup of water.
step 2 -
in a kadai fry dry grapes and cashew nuts and take them out in ghee.
step 3 -
add rava to the same ghee and saute and fry on low flame for 5 minutes.
step 4 -
add boiled water to the kadai and stir well.
step 5 -
add sugar and mix well until it melts.
step 6 -
now add the seasoned dry fruits to the kadai and give a gentle mix.
hot and delicious sajige [prasadam] is ready
