3. Avoid caffeine
4. Avoid alcohol
5. Apply the homemade oil

Homemade hair oil for hair growth:
Take 100 ml of sesame oil, boil this oil and add 15 curry leaves to it. Take 4 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds and 2 teaspoons of black seeds, grind them together, and add to oil. Leave this oil overnight, don’t strain it take 1 teaspoon of castor oil and add it to this mixture. Now store it in a glass bottle, for one week show it sunlight your oil will be ready. Massage this oil for 2 hours before taking a shower. You will definitely see the results.
