Every single person in the anime community has that one show that they treasure like no other, and that has changed their life in some way. After going through a very rough 4 years of high school, I found that anime right when I needed it most. In June of 2020, I discovered Steins;Gate.

Steins;Gate is an anime that has affected and changed me on levels like no other: from its compelling cast, to the amazing man that is Okabe Rintarou/Hououin Kyouma, to the phenomenal story; everything about it completely rocked my world, and resonated with me on ways I could not express for the longest time. "Steins;Gate changed my life" actually became a running joke in my friend group.

I always knew I was going to make this video, as this was the one video I wanted so badly to make for this channel. I actually started planning it in July of 2020. With April 6th being Steins;Gate's 10th anniversary, I see no better time than to post it now.

Join me today as I open up and talk about my life experiences and hardships, and I attempt to explain how Steins;Gate saved my life.

I want to give a special thank you to White Fox, 5pb. and Nitroplus, and all of the voice actors involved in Steins;Gate for making something that truly changed my life. Happy 10th birthday.
