Mac and Cheese Recipe:
3 cups chicken broth
8 oz uncooked short pasta shuch as penne or rotini (2cups)
6oz shredded sharp cheddar (about 1.5 cups)
1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese
Black pepper to taste

Bring broth to a boil, add pasta and cook per directions. DO NOT DRAIN
Set heat to low and stir in cheeses until melted, pepper to taste.
