1 whole chicken
Season with black pepper

Cajun butter recipe / chicken marinate

100g unsalted butter
1 Tbsp Cajun
1 Tsp paprika
1/4 Tsp rosemary salt
1 Tsp cayenne
1tbsp jerk dry rub
1tsp onion granules
1 roasted head garlic / puree
1tbsp mix herbs

Mix and combine then lift skin of Chicken and stuff.
Then cover the rest of the meat. Flip over and pure the jerk dry rub.marinate At least 1 hour

Veggies in the oven tray
Celery
Carrots
Garlic
Potatoes


Season with
Thyme
Rosemary
Olive oil
Mix herbs

1 cup of stock.




Recipe Candy yams
1 kg sweet potato
1 Tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
Half grated nutmeg
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp grated ginger
1 /4 Tsp all spice
50 ml Hennessy / jd honey
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Tbsp freshly squeeze lemon
1/2 the zest of 1 lemon.
In goes ur potatoes




Remove some of the liquid for coating the oven tray and also for glazing the yams after putting in the oven tray to finish the cooking process also add honey
Then pop it in the oven.

Topping was blended nuts.
Cashew , almond , peanuts or just about any of ur preferred choice.

Lay the chicken bake 360 f for
90 minutes or until is fully cooked through then
Grill for the finishing outer crispness
