Sperm count below 15 million is referred to as Oligospermia. The exercises described in this video will help improve and increase fertility.

𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝟭- This exercise will help in increasing blood circulation in the pelvic region which will improve function of testes.
𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝟐- Kegel Exercise. This exercise helps in better blood flow towards pelvic portion.
𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝟑- Hero Pose or Vajrasana. It helps in treating gastric problems and infertility issues.
𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝟒- This exercise will help in reducing weight and treating infertility related problems.
𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝟓- Naukasana or Boat asana. This asana is helpful in treating Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Premature Ejaculation (PME), and Oligospermia.
