We did continue to tune this engine and took it on many test drives to confirm any changes. It is running sweet. It is hard to show tuning, but we will try to put out a conversation-type video on the process.
The fuel distributor and warm-up regulator are parts we always send out, mostly the fuel distributor. This is a specialized rebuilding process and not something a shop or home mechanic should open.

In this lesson, we just take the major components apart, clean them, refurbish as needed, and re-assemble. What we don’t show is the time to wait for re-plating, and all the blasting, polishing and cleaning. But if you have been following along, we have plenty of cleaning in our videos!
