In this video i tear apart my tial mvs 38mm wastegate to investigate an over boost condition. I have sent my parts list to tial and am waiting on new parts to come in for rebuild.

apparently the failures i suffered are from the dump tube being unsupported and vibrating the WG to death. Also notes of the diaphragm starting to fail.

also i was completely missing an internal oring, probably melted and took off. so crazy as ive had my water lines hooked up to the gate since install.

symptoms were the car was boosting by 3-4psi, and spool up was a little slow.
