GIRARD TOWNSHIP, PA – At around 7:15 PM, A.F. Dobler Hose and Fairview Fire and Rescue were dispatched to a reported two car motor vehicle accident. Prior to arrival, a Fairview Fire member was passing by and spotted the accident and called it in. On arrival, the driver was reported to be unresponsive, and the passenger was reported to be entrapped in the vehicle. Reportedly, the passenger compartment had approximately 12-18 inches of intrusion. Two patients were transported to hospital via Fairview Fire and Rescue and A.F. Dobler Hose’s Ambulances. The cause of the accident is under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police. No further details are currently available.
