Green Jujube Collected From Tree - Mouth Watering Broken Jujube Pickle Making For 300 Village People

About 100 KG Fresh green jujube collected from tree and then women broke and and arranged all others spice ingredient to prepared green jujube spice pickle for 300+ village people.

Jujube was broken using traditional Bengali tools "Shil Pata". After broken all the jujube women prepared spice mashala and they paste green Coriander to make it more tasty.

This jujube pickle is most love by village children. Children love to eat jujube pickle.

In your mouth water will come when you will see all children lick the jujube pickle using their finger.

This food called in Bengali "Boroi achar".

After finish making delicious jujube pickle women serve the pickle to whole village people in banana leaf. Full village people and children lick the pickle from banana leaf using their finger.
