The Knights of the Temple, known to history as the Knights Templar were introduced into Scotland before 1153 by King David the First, who established them at a Temple on the Southesk and some may have fought with Robert the Bruce at Bannockburn.
Note: This is a piece that I cut out of an earlier video on the Knights, but on further reflection, I decided to release this anyway.
