Hi,
In this video I am going to show how we can host the Laravel website or web app on the cPanel step by step. This is to show you how to migrate the website from one cpanel to another cpanel that developed with laravel.
This tutorial will tell you how to change the domain name of the website developed with php laravel or how to shift the website from one domain name url to another. Also this will cover the biginer laravel developer to host the laravel website from local server to the real server or hosting.

In this video we will host the laravel web app on the cpanel. As laravel is being popular for the web app and websites development this is how you can do and manage it with following steps.

For this you will need:
1-Old server or the cpanel (now recommanding the cpanel because i am showing from cpanel otherwise there might have another panel also to manage the files on server)
2- New server (if both domain or url is hosting at same cpanel you may not need the second or new server)
3- New domain name.(To manage the name servers. If name server is pointed to the new server nothing need to be done from domain panel.)

So, how to do it ? Lets see the steps:
Step1: From old server or cpanel compress the main file of the website to zip format.
Step2: Download the compressed zip file
Step3: Identify the database from .env file
Step4: Download the Database
Step5: Login the new cpanel and upload the downloaded file and extract
Step6: Create new database, users, add user to the database with required permission
Step7: Import the downloaded database to new database
Step8: Change the new database name, username and password at env file

And now enjoy your website at new server or new domain name.
For this you need to point the name server to new hosting. you can check it from http://leafdns.com.
Need to make same PHP version on both cpanel, that also you can manage easily from cpanel php version manager.
