AAPI Heritage Month - A Runner's Weekend

I was invited to give a talk on AAPI Heritage Month in New York. It was supposed to be a quick overnight trip, but I extended it a bit on the front end so I could put on a group run and see my sister (my parents were out of town). I used to do a lot of public speaking in my prior career, so it was a real pleasure to be able to talk like this in front of a live audience.
