Roland All Access: Sekou Lumumba and the Roland V-Drums TD-50 Kit

As a touring drummer, you need to be able to create and load album sounds for any artist you’re playing for. Canadian drummer Sekou Lumumba uses the Roland TD-50 V-Drums to get the full stage presence of an acoustic kit while having access to all his custom samples. This configuration also means less front-of-house noise, perfect for when Sekou plays for opening bands and pop acts. Featuring the Randy May rack on his kit, Sekou also uses Roland BT triggers for claps and cymbals. Check out his one-of-a-kind kit in this Roland All Access.
