Pladask Elektrisk Fabrikat Deep Dive Demo | PART 1

Today I'm demonstrating the Fabrikat pedal by Pladask Elektrisk. The Fabrikat is a Granular Synth pedal, and it's turning out to be an incredibly expressive tool for me. The Fabrikat reminds me of the Count to Five in that it excels at warping sounds in a beautiful way. Pladask Elektrisk is now one of my favorite pedal companies. I've been thrilled with the Matrisse, and the Fabrikat is now a permanent fixture on my pedalboard. I'm so happy with it.

The Fabrikat has 16 algorithms, and in the interest of not tormenting everyone (especially myself) with a 2 hour video, I decided to break this demo up into 4 parts.

I kept the setup extremely basic. Signal chain: King of Tone - Fabrikat - Iridium. I also purposefully made the loops used in the demonstrations very clean and simple so you can really hear what the pedal is doing. Luckily, I'm a very simple guitar player, so this wasn't hard.

In Part 1, I cover the controls, and I also demonstrate the first four algorithms.
