This is the mixtape that inspired the creation of this channel. I made it in December 2018 out of frustration from what my ears were subjected to back home while watching DSTV. Not to mention any particular songs, but I felt like my sanity was being disrespected by the music offered to the public. It felt like my mind was being programmed to perceive the world a certain way and there was no room for my own thoughts while subjected to such music...

Early this year (2019) I played it on a number of occasions for my friends. It got to a point where they ended up requesting the mix themselves - asking me to play it whenever we were together. They would say, "Ntwana awushaye iDon't wait da" (Please play Don't wait) as inspired by the first track. We listened to the mix for the whole of first semester and it has become a landmark for our friendship. I found it tedious to send the mix and the individual songs to each and every single one of them so I decided I would upload it to the internet instead and share it with the broader audience. Enjoy!
