A shot of Bradshaw Way is followed by an establishing shot of the Baptist church on Osmaston Road and more disused canal shots. A view of the weir on the River Derwent is followed by activities at the cattle market. We then see the pedestrianised Main Centre shopping precinct including a statue of a boy on a ram. An exterior shot of the Gaumont Cinema on London Road (showing 633 Squadron) is followed by views of the Spot, St Peter's Church and the junction of St Peter's Street and East Street (with Boots on the corner).
