Venison Jerky, there are a million different ways to do it. This whole meat dehydrated venison jerky is simple and my personal favorite. Recipe:
3 lbs. meat (sliced 1/4" thick)
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
