How to integrate DocuSign with Microsoft Power Pages ?

This video demonstrates the integration between Microsoft Power Pages and eSignature tool DocuSign to seamlessly request for eSignature from relevant parties for signing on a contract or agreement or any legal document.

DocuSign is a tool used to manage Electronic Signature. Microsoft Power Pages has a tight integration with DocuSign to allow portal users to extend and utilize the DocuSign functionality seamlessly without leaving the Power Pages user interface.

DocuSign Integration with Power Pages enable seamless usage of eSignature functionality between Power Pages site and DocuSign application. The main linking bond between the two technologies are made possible using Power Automate Interface

Steps to configure DocuSign are as follows:
1. Create a DocuSign Account
2. Create a Template (note down the name)
3. Add Documents to template
4. Add Recipients (just Role Name and note it down)
5. Map Fields (Signature, Initials etc) in to the uploaded document
6. Save the Template
7. Grab Template ID (and note it down)
8. Create a Power Pages Site
9. Create / Select a Dataverse Table
10. Create Forms for the table (single / multiple)
11. Create a Page and add form on to the page
12. Under Power Pages Setup - External Apps – Install DocuSign app
13. Post Installation, Configure DocuSign App
14. Navigate to Power Automate and resolve connection references for flows:
DocuSign Envelope Create and Sign
DocuSign Envelope completed Trigger
15. In DocuSign Envelope completed trigger flow, select the Account provisioned for DocuSign
16. Turn on both the flows
17. In ‘Enable Integration section’ - mark connection as resolved
18. Under Integrations section ‘Enable’ the Docusign application
19. Click on ‘Add Template’
20. Populate the following fields grabbed from DocuSign
Template ID
Template Name
Role Name
Table
21. Under Setup section in Design Studio, Navigate to Integrations - Cloud Flows
22. Select the ‘DocuSign Envelope Create and Sign’ flow and add to site
23. Navigate to Design Studio and edit the Form (Step Settings)
24. For one of the steps in Form - Steps Settings - Integrations - Select DocuSign template
25. Sync the Power Pages Site
26. Test the complete integration
