This video shows you what it's like to see this brand new Delavan oil burner nozzle Type A Hollow 80° Brass Oil Nozzle (1.20 GPH) that's being replaced the old one is clogged and dirty as shown in the pictures, it is very cogged and not allow good oil flow creates a poor combustion in the fire box and noisy burning sound when fire the burner to heat the water, not nice, so now with this new nozle nozzel it will be much better and quieter and not noisy and will sound better and fire correctly to properly heat the water for radiators.

it's pretty easy to replace this nozzle, basically you just have to open the beckett oil burner cover, and remove a few screws and a screw clamp for the oil tube, and then remove this burner nozzle and igniter spark assembly plate from the burner, then I used a work table with a bench vise to hold it still, and then used 2 wrenches, one to hold the nozzle adapter, and one to turn the nozzle counter clockwise, until it was loose enough lose enough for me to turn by hand, then just spin out the old nozzle and turn in the new one, and tighten with the same wrenches, then clean up the assembly with a few shop rags or paper towels, and you're good to go! it can now be reinstalled into the burner and used for heating your water to make hot water or steam for your boiler unit machine assembly furnace and then to heat your house home office shop garage workspace etc. nice good great excellent helpful learn watch see do read lesson teacher student shop mechanic technician repair fix correct replace parts
