Journal. I have a composition notebook I’ve written since the beginning of college. A lot of things have happened, I looked from desperation that exploded in the form of toxic chicken scratch.

I’ve been at least 3 completely different people since I started it. I lost someone very close to me and it changed me the most drastically. After I went back and was horrified by what I said about me and others. I went through each horrible thing and wrote an apology. I wrote to her and to him.

That was a few months ago. I wanted to continue journaling but in a healthy healing way, but this book held so much weight it felt uncomfortable. So in the new year, I wrote this. Not thinking I would make a video about it. When I finished writing and reread it, I felt like in the middle of it I had an epiphany and the idea to make something out of it came up.
