This video is the recording of the first day of the joint meeting of the International network of salt-affected soils (INSAS) and the COST Action on the sustainable use of salt-affected lands (SUSTAIN) held in a hybrid format from 27 to 31 May 2024 in Valencia, Spain (agenda). The video of Day 1 displays an International Workshop: Threats and potentials of salt-affected soils.
The meeting was organized by the FAO's Global Soil Partnership (GSP), the COST Action on sustainable use of salt-affected lands (SUSTAIN) and University of Valencia with the financial support of the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment of Australia, the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality of the Netherlands, and the Swiss Confederation
