This timepiece is a modern expression of the classic Favre Leuba designs from the 1970s. The Chief Date is an elegant luxury sports watch, defined by its unique cushion-shaped case design and powerful mechanism.

What strikes the eye at first glance is the stunning dial, which takes over 100 steps in production. Its entire expanse is enlivened by a meticulously carved monogram pattern. The contrasting date aperture at three o’clock, the 3D monogram set inside the dial, and the multi-faceted hands and applied indices with brushing and sandblasting add depth to the watch face.

The watch features a versatile 40mm steel case while being slender with just 10.81mm thickness. The case features circular and vertical brushing on the sides, that add a beautiful contrast and highlight the contours of the case. The case is topped by a curved sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, while the sapphire crystal case-back offers a view of the beautifully decorated FLD03 self-winding calibre, which offers the watch a power reserve of 68 hours.

The Chief Date is available in three colours, blue, black, and green, all three are available with an integrated, interchangeable bracelet or a rubber strap that complements the dial colour.
