Kirin to me is actually one of the easier ones compared to the others. It only has two attacks at most at one time, which is easy to counter and dodge. All you need to setup this one is just some fire weapons and I recommend Cheval for this one. Although he himself is actually a dragon type attacker, he brings with him Rathi, which is a fire based monstie. It's actually the only buddy you can have that has fire based attacks, so he's the natural choice to have for this battle. Level up all the fire weapons you can get your hands on, and don't forget your Hunting Horn so you can use all your evasion, and this one is pretty easy!

As a PSA just like I put in the last video, the bosses at this point are completely optional. Once you get the Catavan stand at the beginning of the 9th floor of the Special Elder's Lair, you've actually finished the last achievement in the Elder's Lair. Therefore, this is just for the fun of finishing the game, and trying to complete everything!
