Roberto's is one of the local established restaurant in Iloilo City since 1978. It is best known for having the best siopao (steamed bun with filling) in Iloilo with its specialty and must-try, the Queen Siopao variant made of bacon, Chinese sausage, chicken-pork adobo and egg filling. But its King and regular version is also a must-try for fans of siopao snack. Roberto's also prides their siopao for being so tasty and delicious that you don't need a usual paired sauce for their siopao. It's popular not just among Iocals but also to the city's visitors which causes long queuing to the store in peak times. Its popularity also landed it on a feature to a local TV travel show Byahe ni Drew.
