ingredients
700 grams mutton
250 grams onions
2 tbsp ginger garlic
200 grams yoghurt
1 TSP red chilli
1 tbsp any brand biryani masala I used suhana
salt to taste
kevera essence

4 medium potato
1 TSP ginger garlic paste
1 TSP yoghurt
1/2 TSP food colour
2 drops kevera essence

500 grams extra long grain basmati rice washed soaked 1 hour
4 bay leaves
4 cloves
4 cardomon
8 pepper corn
few sticks cinnamon
1/2 small lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

fried onions , chopped coriander ,mint leaves , food colour , desi ghee, biryani masala , for garnishing
