--Sesuit Harbor Cafe is an unassuming dockside eatery where Gary meets Shawn and his dad J.C. who own and run the cafe. Shawn gives Gary the lowdown on Cape Cod overall, while J.C. joins him for some lobster roll and eggs Benedict on smoked salmon

--At the legendary Skipper Chowder House, operating since 1936, Gary meets Aiden who serves Gary their signature 'Build-Your-Own' Bloody Mary, which, with meat and veggie add-ons is practically an entire meal in a glass. They top it off by sampling a traditional Cape Cod Clambake, with mussels, corn on the cob, potatoes and of course a massive 3 lb lobster, which Aiden instructs how to crack open and eat.

--At the C Salt Wine Bar & Grille, British chef Charles shows Gary step-by-step how he prepares a delectable Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, with avocado, tuna, radicchio, lemon juice and more
