DIY: HOW TO CHANGE VALVE COVER GASKETS ACURA MDX AND MOST HONDA V6 J SERIES ENGINES

Hey everyone, decided to make this video showing how to change and clean the front and rear valve cover gaskets. I had a oil burning smell when turning off the car after driving and saw some blowback under the engine. I have already replaced the oil pan and gasket, and oil filter housing and this was evident that it needed to be addressed.

If I wasn't recording and making sure to be extra careful I think you can get this job done in about an 1hr to 1.5hrs it took me about 3 hrs because I had to stop and wifey had things for me to do as well.

I apologize ahead of time for the distractions. I had my wife and son interrupt me on multiple
occasions and couldn't get the video done smoothly. hope it helps
