When Emma Massingale learned that her friend had to give up her sweet Siamese cat, she knew she had to step in. Massingale offered to take her friend’s cat Louis in, moving him into her home in North Devon, England. Although the little feline was getting accustomed to his new home, he still missed his other owner.
