Trip Accommodations: Disney Vacation Club Split Stay 11 & 7 Month Booking; Off & On-Site @ Universal

We've talked about the trip timing and theme park tickets, now it's time to go over where we'll be staying! Lots of considerations, a little bit of chaos as the trip plan evolved, but overall I think we landed in a pretty good spot.

With all the options out there, how do you narrow down where you're going to stay when you're headed to Orlando? I'd love to hear how you prioritize!
