This is my personal opinion of comparing alpha Omega Publication (AOP) Lifepac and Christian Light Education (CLE) Light Units side by side. For this Side by side, I used first grade reading with 3 booklets from each.

This is cover the techniques and scope and layout of how they teach reading. You will quickly see from both experiences, I obviously prefer Christian Light Education. I have had success both times that I have used it.

i felt like it was important to share this, because CLE and AOP have had a long history with each other. SO CLE first started out with using the 1978 editions of AOP Lifepac back in 1980. From there CLE has tweaked it to suit their needs. Some of the old Lifepacs have been completely replaced with Sunlight Units.
