Here are a few of my tips that I would give people who are thinking of starting (or have just started) a project pan.

0:00 - Intro
0:43 - Choose the right format for you
2:04 - Include products you like
3:13 - Avoid including products you don't use regularly
3:55 - Avoid including products that you like to change up every day
4:54 - The goal is to reduce your collection
6:04 - Keep your PP products away from the rest of your collection
7:14 - Give yourself a break
8:41 - Track your progress
9:41 - Have a mix of products that are at different stages of being used up
11:25 - Have fun, don't take it too seriously
