Real talk: Relationships after a cancer diagnosis || breast cancer vlog

I had originally recorded this vlog about relationships after a cancer diagnosis in January 2024 but I didn't feel emotionally or mentally strong enough to deal with it at the time. I talk about all the important people in my life and how they have been there for me throughout my cancer journey. However, another darker side of cancer diagnosis is how certain people can ghost you or make your diagnosis all about them or just, not be there for you... I wish it was a one off but so many of my breasties and cancer friends have had to deal with changing relationships, ghosting and absent people in their lives. I am still glad I discovered which of my friends were the real ones though. It's nothing like a huge life changing event like a cancer diagnosis to bring out people's true intentions. I am much richer now, having my real friends around me. I also understand my family much better. So I guess, I can thank cancer for that? haha
