Originally from the Republic of Lithuania, Rasa Cekanaviciute is a self-taught Fashion Designer and student of Fashion Illustration at London College of Fashion. After leaving home, Rasa spent 2 years in Ireland, mastering the craft of design, launching her first collection in July 2010. In August 2010, Rasa moved to London where she completed a foundation course at LCF, at the same time designing for individual customers and in summer 2011, collaborated with one of the Vidal Sassoon salons. Rasa joined the Fashion Illustration course due to a growing interest in new fashion media and ever since has been developing skills in visual arts, digital imaging and, recently, fashion film. In 2012, she entered a Company Magazine High Street Edit Illustration Competition and became one of 8 finalists.
