A: Vashi is a prime location and is perhaps the most developed softer nodes in Navi Mumbai. It is centrally located and a gateway to Navi Mumbai. Thus, one should be prepared that prices in Vashi would be higher comparative to other nodes in Navi Mumbai. Apart from Palm Beach road, which is already developed, there is very little development one can expect in Vashi proper. If one moves beyond Vashi like Koperkhairne, Sanpada or Nerul, then one can find some options in the primary market.
