Foxtail Farm is a 10-acre mixed vegetable and cut flower production located on Whidbey Island in Washington. Walk with Jonathan as Stephen Williams shares how he and his wife built this functioning farm from scratch over the last 6 years.

Some of the highlights you'll see are how Stephen: 
• Uses 8 retrofitted Caterpillar Tunnels to create 2,000 sq. feet of premium growing space. 
• Built a passive-solar-heated nursery inside a Caterpillar Tunnel to start his seedlings in the cool, wet winter months. 
• Trellises 4 rows of tomatoes with the Qlipr System inside a Caterpillar Tunnel.
• Cracked the code on growing North Carolina sweet potatoes in the cooler Pacific Northwest climate.
