How to bleed your roof fluid - Rover 200 Cabriolet (R8)

If you own a Rover r* 200 / 214 / 216 cabriolet this quick video may help you, topping up the hydraulic fluid, what's the correct fluid, along with bleeding out and hopefully speeding up the roof function opening and closing.

Remember the correct oil must state "DIN 51524", bleed the system as advice in the video and top up as necessary.
