Join me for this strength and conditioning workout, where we will use weights to build strength and endurance helping to build a stronger you!!
Intervals are 30 seconds fast walking on the spot followed by 45 seconds of strength training exercises designed to work muscles all over the body to give you a full body workout!
Workout at the level you are comfortable and either with dumbbells or body weight and join me for this 30 minute fun session.
Grab a pair of dumbbells, whichever you are comfortable using and let's get to it!
